Royal Management is a family owned & operated property management company. Our family has been in the commercial and residential development and property management business in Western New York for over 50 years. 

Our family’s goal is to provide Western New Yorkers with an affordable place to live and do business. 

Our founder, father and grandfather, Erminio Liberatore, believed that providing a quality product and service at an affordable price was the key to a successful business. Each day our family strives to live up to that belief.  We take pride in our properties and the communities that we maintain.
